The Patica team is currently working with a group of people on the learning challenges of organizations and individuals. The transition to the circular economy requires people to do things differently. Individuals have to work differently and this often requires new skills and the adaptation of new work processes.
This not only impacts individuals, but also team, whole organizations and even entire supply chains. Patica is exploring how we can structure the learning to make this all possible.
One area that requires people to learn is circular procurement. The buyers, the sellers, the contract managers and many more will benefit from learning how to play a new role.
